It is an Indian regional political party that is predominantly active in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It is founded on 29 March 1982 by Mr. N. T. Rama Rao. Currently, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has been headed by Mr. N. Chandrababu Naidu and its headquarters is located at NTR Bhavan in Hyderabad. The Election Symbol of the TDP is “Bicycle”. It is usually drawn on a yellow-coloured background.
