CPO: Central Police Organisation
The full form of CPO is Central Police organisation. SSC CPO (SI) exam is conducted at the national level by SSC (Staff Selection Commission) for the post of Sub Inspector in various central government police and paramilitary organizations like CRPF, ITBP, CBI, SSB, BSF and SI etc. The SSC CPO exam is a golden opportunity for everyone who wishes to join Police (Delhi) and paramilitary forces as Sub-Inspectors and ASI (Executive) in CISF. Due to its national level approach this test is taken by a large number of candidates who want to join these organizations on priority basis.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University and equivalent. A candidate who has appeared in the final year of degree examination and is waiting for the result is also eligible to take the examination.
Age Limits
Candidates age should be between 20 years to 25 years.
