The full form of PET is Physical Endurance Test and the full form of PST is Physical Standard Test. This test is conducted to recruit candidates for CRPF, BSF, CISF, SSB, ITBP, Assam Rifles, NIA & SSF posts.

PET: Physical Endurance Test (for all posts)
Only for Male candidates
- 100 meters run in 16 seconds
- 1.6 kilometers run in 6.5 minutes
- Long jump: 3.65 meters in 3 chances
- High Jump: 1.2m in 3 chances
- Shot Put (16 LBS): 4.5m in 3 chances
Only For Female Candidates
- 100 meters run in 18 seconds
- 800 meters in 4 minutes
- Long jump: 2.7 meters (9 feet) in 3 chances.
- High Jump: 0.9m (3ft) in 3 chances.
Weight: Height and age ratio for all positions.
Eye Vision: The minimum distance vision of two eyes without wearing glasses should be 6/6 and 6/9.
