KSRTC: Kerala State Road Transport Corporation
The full form of KSRTC is Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. It is a state-owned public road transport corporation in Kerala, India. Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) is one of the country’s oldest state-run public bus transport services. KSRTC is divided into three zones namely South, Central and North. Its headquarters is in the state capital Thiruvananthapuram.

The full form of KSRTC is Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation. It is a state-owned road transport company in Karnataka, India. Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has the largest fleet of Volvo buses among state-owned transport companies in India. KSRTC is wholly owned by the Karnataka government.
There was a legal battle since 2014 between Kerala and Karnataka state regarding the use of KSRTC acronym. In June 2,2021, Central trade marks registry has told KSRTC abbreviation, logo and the name ‘Ana Vandi’ can be used only by Kerala since they filed and started using since 1965 after British raj whereas Karnataka had started using only after 1973. So Kerala state road transport corporation (KSRTC) told, they will issue a notice to Karnataka state transportation corporation not to use the abbreviation.
